UKPC have more than 25 years´experience in the parking management business and are dedicated to providing clients with reliable and effective parking solutions. UKPC currently have over 200 staff covering more than 1500 sites across the UK and Ireland. Our front-line personnel are trained to manage confrontational situations and are required to carry out their jobs with courtesy and professionalism. UKPC make use of the latest technological advances to provide the most effective services possible and behind the scenes, you´ll find a friendly team totally committed to the smooth running of a parking company.

Within the parking industry there are some unscrupulous operators with untrained staff who have given the parking management industry a bad reputation and a poor image. You can expect to be fully trained to conduct your role and where applicable, provided with branded uniform and any relevant equipment. Further training will be provided on an ongoing basis. We value the people that work for us and give them every opportunity to develop and progress in either their current roles or support them in identifying new opportunities.

We do! From your Team Leader on the ground to the Managing Director everyone is involved and concerned about the welfare of all our staff.

UKPC has a fantastic warden support network, the Head Office team includes Operations Support, Training staff and a HR team that is only a telephone call away ensuring any issues you have will be dealt with quickly and professionally.
